Our hospital provides comprehensive acute rehabilitation services to meet the medical, functional, psychological, and social support needs of our patients and their families. Each patient is treated with a specialized, rehabilitation plan that has been tailored to that patient and their individual needs, abilities, tolerance for therapy, and the desired goals in order to prepare for a safe return home.
Each patient has a case manager assigned to them that assists with coordinating the patient's rehabilitative program from admission to discharge.
